Step 1: Log in to Your Stripe Dashboard
Open Stripe Dashboard.
Sign in with your credentials.
Step 2: Access the Customers Section
In the left-hand menu, click on Customers.
Step 3: Locate the Customer Profile
Use the search bar to find the customer you wish to update.
Click on the customer's name to open their profile.
Step 4: Locate the failed payment
Inside the Payment section, put the cursor on top of the payment status
Read the reason why the payment failed
Step 5: Read more details related to the failure
Click on the failed payment
Read the Recent Activity section
