Remove automatic cancellation with smart retry

Learn how to disable automatic cancellation with Smart Retry in Stripe.

  • Log in to Stripe Dashboard

    Go to dashboard.stripe.com and sign in to your account.

  • Navigate to Billing Settings

    Click on “Billing” in the left-hand sidebar, then select “Revenue Recovery” under Billing.

  • Go to the ‘Retries’ Tab

    Click on the “Retries” tab from the top menu.

  • Scroll Down to ‘Subscription Status’ Section

    Locate the section labeled “Subscription status” and change the action to ‘Mark the subscription as unpaid’
