Step-by-step Guide:
1. Access Manager Mode
Open the app
Tap on your profile icon in the bottom-right corner
Select “Switch to Manager”
2. Access the Academy profile
While in Manager Mode
Tap on the Academy profile icon in the bottom-right corner
This will open your Academy’s profile page
3. Enter in the waiver section
Inside your Academy profile
Select the Waiver button
4. Upload the waiver from your device
Select ‘’Upload Waiver’’
Choose to take a picture, upload from gallery or from file archive
5. What happens after I upload the waiver?
The waiver will be saved and linked to your Academy
Students will be required to accept it before entering your Academy
6. Can I replace or update the waiver later?
Yes.
You can return to the Waiver section at any time and upload a new version.
