You can easily check all the documents linked to your academy directly from the MAAT app.
This includes signed waivers, medical certificates, and other uploaded documents.
Step-by-step Guide:
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
On your Profile page, tap the Documents button
At the top of the screen, you will see different tabs:
Waivers: may be required in order to access certain gyms or academies.
The name of the document
The academy it belongs to
The date it was signed
Medical Certificate: may be required in order to book classes in some gyms, depending on the academy’s policies. If a medical certificate has been uploaded, you will also be able to see its expiry date in the Medical Certificate tab.
Generic Documents
Tap View on any document to open the digital copy.
Note:
MAAT provides the system used to store and sign documents, but each academy decides which documents are required.
