How to Access In-App Support

Learn how to contact support directly from inside the MAAT app.

Step-by-step Guide:

Access Manager Mode

Tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner and tap on Switch To Manager

Contact Support

Scroll down and tap Contact Support

A support chat will open automatically

Tap on I Have A Question to start a conversation with the Support Agent

Choose Your Role

Select if you are a Student or an Gym Owner/Admin

Important:

Choose the correct role to get the right support

Start Your Request

Type your question to the MAAT Agent. If it knows the answer, it will give it to you. You can also follow up with context if you want to add more details.

Access The Old Chats

Access your old support chats to follow up or review past help


Note:
The MAAT Agent is an AI and may make mistakes.
If it can’t answer your question, a human will join the conversation and follow up.
