Step-by-step Guide:
1. Open your Profile
Tap on the Profile icon in bottom right corner
2. Go to Account Settings
Tap on Account Settings
3. Delete your profile
Tap on Delete Account
Important Note:
1) This action cannot be reversed
2) If you have an active membership, you won’t be able to delete your account. If you want to delete your account but have an active membership, reach out to your gym owner to request a membership cancellation before proceeding with the action.
3) Deleting your account will remove all your profiles from MAAT permanently
If you only want to remove a single profile (e.g. a duplicate), contact MAAT Team.
