What are Privacy Settings on MAAT?
Privacy Settings allow you to hide the list of attendees in a class. When this setting is active, only coaches and administrators can see who is signed up, students will not be able to view the list of participants.
How to turn ON Privacy Settings for a Class
If your gym’s default setting shows attendees, but you want to hide them for one particular class, kids classes for example, follow these steps:
1. Access Manager Mode
Open the app
Tap on your profile icon in the bottom-right corner
Select “Switch to Manager”
2. Access the Tools Section and find the Schedule Manager
Access the Tools Section and find the Schedule Manager
Select the three dots of the class you want to edit, then select edit
Toggle ON the privacy settings and click Save on the top right
This will hide the attendee list for that class only.
3. Publish the Schedule
Lastly, to publish your changes click on ‘’Publish Schedule’’ and select the date you want the changes to take effect: Immediately, next week or on a custom date
