Step-by-step Guide:
1. Access the Student’s Profile
To cancel a student’s membership, you must first enter their profile.
There are three ways to do this:
Option 1: From a Class
Tap on a class.
Tap on the student’s name from the class they’ve signed up for.
Option 2: From the Leaderboard
Tap the Leaderboard icon (second icon from left in the bottom menu)
Tap on the student’s name.
Option 3: From the Members Page in the Manager Mode
Open Manager Mode
If you’re not already on the Members Page, tap the bottom-left icon.
Search for the student (manually or using the Navbar)
Tap on the student’s name to open their profile.
2. View Contact Options
Once inside the student’s profile you will see options to contact the student via:
WhatsApp
E-Mail
Phone Call
Tap on any of these icons to be redirected to your Email App, WhatsApp or Phone depending on which one you selected.
Important Note
You will only see these contact options if the student has provided their email address, phone number, or WhatsApp.
If any of this information is missing, the corresponding option will be gray instead of black
