Important Note:
The cost of a membership cannot be edited directly.
To change the price, you must delete the existing plan and create a new one. Don't worry, deleting a price will not affect existing memberships purchased at that rate.
Step-by-step Guide:
1. Access Manager Mode
Open the app
Tap on your profile icon in the bottom-right corner
Select “Switch to Manager”
2. Access the Tools Section and find the Products Manager
Access the Tools Section and select the Products Manager
3. Delete an Existing Plan
Click the top right three dots of the plan you want to remove and select the option ‘’Delete”
4. Create a New Plan
Tap the + Create button at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Choose whether you are adding a single Subscription or Drop in or a folder with multiple prices inside
Then complete with the following details
Details
Name of the subscription (e.g., BJJ, MMA, Wrestling, Boxing)
Description of the plan
Pricing
Amount and currency of the membership
Billing period (how long the subscription lasts)
Renewal method:
Automatic: Subscription renews automatically
Manual: Students must purchase again when it ends
Number of sessions included in the plan (If the plan offers unlimited training, leave this field blank, an infinite symbol (∞) will appear automatically)
A Free trial on top of the membership included or not (After the free days then the customer will be billed the price amount)
Note: Delete a price will not affect existing membership purchased at that price and their billing will continue at the old price amount.
