Step-by-step Guide:
You can always increase your membership prices in MAAT.
There are two different ways to do it depending on whether you want the new price to apply only to new members or to all members (including current ones).
Option 1: Increase Prices Only for New Members
If you want new students to pay the new price, while current members keep their existing membership price, follow these steps:
1. Open Manager Mode
From the homepage, tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner and switch to Manager Mode.
2. Access the Tools Section and find the Products Manager
Access the Tools Section and select the Products Manager
3. Delete the Old Plan
Delete the Old Plan
4. Create a New Plan with the Updated Price
Tap the + Create button at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
Choose Create New Price
What happens next?
Existing members will keep their current membership and price.
New students will only see the new membership with the updated price.
New members will not be aware that there was a previous price.
Option 2: Increase Prices for All Members (Including Current Ones)
If you want all members to move to the new price, follow the same initial steps.
After creating the New Plan, contact MAAT Support
We will bulk migrate all existing memberships from the old plan to the new one.
What happens next?
All members will be automatically moved to the New Plan.
Members do not need to take any action.
Future payments will be charged at the New Price.
