How To Manage Pre-Sales and Founders Discounts

Learn how to manage pre-sales, founders discounts, and early bird offers in MAAT.

Pre-sales, founders discounts, and early bird offers can be easily managed in MAAT using a combination of discount coupons and free trial days.

Limited number of users

You can create a Coupon Code with a maximum number of redemptions (e.g. first 50 members). Once the limit is reached, the code will automatically become unavailable.

Limited time offer

You can create a discounted membership (e.g. Founders Plan) and make it available for a specific period of time. When the offer ends, you can delete the plan.

Note: Deleting the plan in MAAT will not affect existing members, who will continue paying the discounted price.

Pre-sales before gym opening

If your gym is not open yet, you can combine these options with Free Trial Days.

This allows members to purchase a membership that remains inactive (similar to a “frozen” state) until your gym opens.

The day you open your gym, we will remove all the trial days and charge in bulk all the students who purchased a membership.

To let us remove the trial days in bulk, communicate the opening day and, if any changes occur, make them explicit to us in order to avoid charging people in advance.
