Step-by-Step Guide
Log in to Your Stripe Dashboard
Navigate to Stripe Dashboard and sign in with your credentials.
Find the Subscription
In the left-hand menu, click on Billing and then select Subscriptions.
Use the search bar to find the subscription you wish to pause.
Open the Subscription Details
Place your pointer over the subscription and then press ⋯
Pause the Subscription
Scroll down to the Manage Subscription section.
Click on Pause subscription.
Select the pause behavior:
Keep as draft invoices: Invoices will be created but not collected.
Mark as unpaid: Invoices will be issued but payment collection will be skipped.
Do not create invoices: No invoices will be created during the pause.
Confirm the Pause
Review your selection and click Confirm to apply the pause.
Verify the Status
Return to the Subscriptions section and confirm that the status now shows as Paused.
