In MAAT, students can only have one membership or class pack at a time. Because of this, private classes are managed differently, using Stripe Payment Links.
How it works
MAAT team creates a Stripe Payment Link for your private class (e.g. 60 min with Coach Alex – €50).
You (the gym owner/admin) publish this link in the News section of MAAT and pin it so it stays visible.
The student pays directly through the link.
After payment, the student contacts the coach to arrange day and time.
You confirm the payment in Stripe Dashboard before scheduling, ensuring no unpaid bookings.
Optional Step: Create a non-recurrent class with capacity of 1 person so the student can book himself on to the class, gets his presence checked and his progress recorded for his statistics page, leaderboard and progression towards his next belt.
