Step-by-step Guide:
Note: It is not possible to upload videos directly inside MAAT.
If you want to share videos with your students, the best way to do it is by using the Feed section.
1. Upload the Video on YouTube
Upload your video to YouTube or any other video hosting platform.
Make sure the video is set as:
Public or
Unlisted
This ensures that students can access it through the link.
2. Open the Feed Section
From the Home Page, go to the Feed section.
3. Create a New Post
Tap the Pen icon in the bottom-right corner to create a new post.
4. Add the Video Link
Paste the YouTube link into the post.
Add a short description explaining the content of the video
(for example: “Close Guard Basics”).
Note: You can also add images to your post.
This can be useful to include a thumbnail or a preview of the video.
5. Publish the Post
Tap Post to publish it.
Your students will receive a notification, just like a normal Feed update, and will be able to view the video by clicking the link directly in the Feed section.
Tip
You can also use YouTube playlists to organize your content.
For example: Close Guard Classes (Topic)
→ Playlist: Close Guard Classes
→ Individual videos inside the playlist
This helps you group videos into categories and make them easier for your students to follow.
