Step-by-step Guide:
1. Access the Members Page
Open your profile by tapping the profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the app.
Switch to Manager Mode by tapping Switch to Manager on your profile. You will usually land directly on the Members page.
If you don’t land on the Members page automatically, tap the members icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
2. Explore the Main Sections
Once inside the Members Page, you’ll find two macro groups of members:
A. Current Members
This is the default view. Students are categorized using labels:
Active: Students with an active membership (paid by card or cash).
Inactive: Students without an active membership but still signing up for class.
Overdue: Membership has expired: Tap the student’s name to view how long the membership has been expired.
Unpaid: The member still has a subscription but the current period isn't paid yet.
Expired: The subscription has ended entirely and there is no active subscription to recover
Trialing: Student has a paid membership and is in the trial period.
These memberships don’t deduct classes or become fully active until the trial ends.
Free Trial: Student doesn't have a paid membership and is in the trial period.
Some members may have a “New” label next to their status: this means the member joined the gym less than one week ago.
B. Inactive Members
Inactive Members are students who do not had an active membership and have not trained for at least 2 weeks.
By default, you will only see active members.
If you want to see inactive members, click on "Inactive Members"
If you look for a specific member using the search bar, you will automatically see both active and inactive students. If you want to hide the inactive students, click on Hide Inactive.
Viceversa, if you want to hide the also inactive students, click on Show Inactive.
Note:
There is no need to delete a students account if he's not training anymore, the system will automatically archieve it in the Inactive Members after 2 Weeks
3. Use the Quick Filters (Overview)
From the Overview section, you can quickly filter members by:
Status by tapping the membership status icons
Belt
Ready to graduate (shows only members eligible for their next belt)
4. Use Advanced Filters
Tap the filter icon next to the search bar to access advanced filters.
Here you can filter members by:
Payment method (cash, card)
Plan type (recurring subscription or drop-in)
Status (active, trialing, no membership, etc.)
Activity (members who haven’t trained for a specific period)
Once you’ve selected your criteria, tap Apply.
The members list will update to show only members matching those filters.
