Manage Recurrent Classes

Learn how to create and manage recurrent classes in MAAT.

1. Access the Manager Mode

  • On the Home Page, locate and tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner.

  • Tap “Switch to Manager” to enter the Manager Mode

2. Navigate to the Schedule

  • Inside the Manager Mode, look for the Tools icon at the bottom of the screen.

  • Tap it to view the Schedule Manager

3. Add a New Class

  • Tap the + Create Class button on the top right.

  • Enter the necessary details: class name, time, capacity, and assigned instructors.

4. Publish Your Changes

  • When you’re finished adding or modifying classes, tap Publish Schedule.

  • Select when the changes should take effect and tap publish:

    • Immediately: Changes apply starting today.

    • Next Week: Changes apply starting Monday of the following week.

    • On a Custom Date: Select the exact date from the calendar.

  • Wait a few seconds for confirmation; a green banner will appear at the bottom part of the screen.

5. How to Modify an Existing Class

  • Inside the Schedule Manager within the Manager Mode Select the class you want to modify by clicking the three dots on the right

  • Select the Edit option

  • Update any details: class name, time, capacity, and assigned instructors.

  • Optionally, tap the existing class icon to replace it with a new image from your camera roll.

  • When you’re finished adding or modifying classes, tap Publish Schedule.

6. How to delete a recurring class

  • Inside the Schedule Manager within the Manager Mode Select the class you want to delete. Locate the three dots next to the class you want to remove.

  • Tap them, then select Delete.

  • Confirm the deletion when prompted.

  • When you’re finished adding or modifying classes, tap Publish Schedule.


7. Duplicate or Clone a Class

  • Duplicate: Creates an exact copy of the class on the same day.

  • Clone: Lets you copy the class to a different day (you’ll be prompted to select the day).

Tip: Use duplication or cloning to save time when adding multiple similar classes.
