Manually Add a Member to a Class
Use this option when you want to register a student for a class manually.
This can be especially helpful with kids.
Click + Add A Member in the class where you want to add the student.
Type the student’s name in the Search By Name search bar.
Tap the student’s name.
Tap Register To Class.
The member will be added to that class.
Note: Manually adding a student to a class bypasses all membership logic, so you can also add a student with an unpaid or overdue membership, or without a membership.
Confirm Attendance
Use this option to confirm attendance for members registered to a class.
This creates the same effect as confirming attendance from Training Mode in the calendar.
Confirm All Attendees
Click Confirm All Attendees.
This will confirm all attendees for that class.
Confirm or Remove Specific Attendees
Tap on the class to open it.
Swipe right to remove a specific student.
Swipe left to confirm a specific student.
Tap Confirm All Attendees to confirm all attendees for that class.
Add a Non-Recurring Class for a Specific Day
Use this option when you want to create a one-off class for that day only.
Click Add a new class.
Fill in the class information.
Tap Create to save the class.
Important: This class will be added only for the selected day. To create a recurring class, use the Schedule Manager instead.
Enter Kiosk Mode
Tap the square icon in the top-right corner.
Tap I understand how to exit the Kiosk Mode.
Tap Confirm.
You will now enter Kiosk Mode.
