Step-by-step Guide:
1. What Does "Past Due" Mean?
A membership is marked as Past Due when the student has an active subscription, but the system has not been able to collect payment.
This usually happens because:
The student’s card has insufficient funds, or
The payment method was cancelled or expired.
2. Student Experience
Students with a Past Due membership will see a notification message informing them that their payment couldn’t be processed.
Despite this message, they will still be allowed to sign up for classes.
3. Coach Visibility
In the class attendee list, these students will appear with a red triangle icon next to their name.
This allows coaches to easily identify students with payment issues.
