1. Prompt to Purchase a New Membership

When a student has a limited membership (e.g., €100 for 2 trainings per week) and tries to sign up for a third class within the same week, the system will trigger the following flow:

  • The student will see a notification message informing them that they’ve reached their weekly limit.

  • They’ll be prompted to purchase a new membership in order to continue signing up for classes.

Note: Even though the student is prompted to purchase a new membership, they will still be able to sign up for the class.

The coach will be notified and can decide whether to accept or deny the student’s attendance.

2. Coach Notification & Manual Approval

When a student exceeds their weekly limit and signs up for another class:

  • The coach will see this directly in the class attendee list.

  • The coach can then:

    • Accept the student into the class by swiping the student’s name to the right, or

    • Deny their participation by swiping the student’s name to the left.
