Step-by-step Guide:
In most cases, an active membership is required to book classes in an academy.
If you try to book a class without a membership, the system will guide you through purchasing one.
1. Try to Join a Class
When you tap "Join Class" on a session, MAAT checks if you have an active membership.
2. No Active Membership
If you don’t have a membership, the app will ask you to purchase one before completing the booking.
You will be shown the available membership options for that academy.
3. Free Trial (If Allowed by the Academy)
Some academies allow one or more free trial classes.
If this is one of your first times booking a class at that academy, you may still be able to join the class even without a membership by tapping on "Use Free Trial Class"
4. After the Free Trial
Once the trial class has been used, you will need to purchase a membership to book more classes.
If you were previously able to book a class but cannot do it anymore, it may be because the trial class has already been used.
Note:
If a gym admin has scheduled the cancellation of your membership, you’ll be able to train at that gym until your membership expires on the scheduled date.
