Step-by-step
Access Stripe:
Go to your Stripe Dashboard and log in.
Open the Customer
In the left sidebar, click Customers.
Search for the customer who should receive the discount. You can type their name or email address in the search bar to find them.
Click on the Customer.
Edit the correct Subscription
On the customer page, locate Subscriptions.
Hover over the subscription you want to discount and click the pencil (✏️) Edit icon.
Add the Coupon
In the edit panel, click Add coupon.
Select the existing coupon you want to apply from the dropdown.
If you don’t see the coupon: pause here and follow the guide on How To Create Coupons. Once the coupon is created, come back to this guide and continue.
Review & Apply
Review the coupon details.
Confirm the action by clicking Update subscription.
