Step-by-step Guide:
Open Stripe and search for the student whose subscription you want to update.
Open the student's account and click Update Subscription.
Find the coupon applied to the subscription and click the X next to it to remove it.
Then click Update Subscription.
When Stripe asks when you want to update the subscription, choose:
Immediately if you want the coupon to be removed for the student's next billing date.
Custom Date if you want the coupon to be removed from a specific date in the future.
Note
This can be useful when a temporary discount is no longer applicable, for example when a student returns after being on a maintenance rate or is no longer eligible for a family discount.
