How To Access Your Stripe Customer Portal

Learn how to access your Stripe Customer Dashboard

Step-by-step Guide:

If you, as a gym owner, want to use a different card or payment method to pay your MAAT monthly subscription, or you want to download the invoices for your monthly payments to MAAT:

Follow the steps below.


1. Open the Stripe Billing Portal

Use the following link to access your billing portal:


2. Log In With Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your Stripe account.

You will receive a secure login link to access your Stripe billing portal.


3. Access Your Client Portal

Once logged in, you will be able to access your Stripe Client Portal, where you can manage your subscription details.


4. Change Your Payment Method

Inside the portal, you will be able to:

  • Add a new payment method

  • Replace your current card

  • Set the new payment method for future payments

  • Download invoices for past payments.


Note:

  • Changing this payment method does not change how you receive payments from your clients.

  • If you don't see some past invoices, it might be because we've made some internal changes in MAAT. In that case, please ask for the specific invoice you can't find, and we will send it to you.
