Step-by-step Guide:
The Graduation Section, which shows how long it takes to get promoted to the next belt or stripe.
Note:
Only admins can check students' progress.
The graduation section is hidden from students, who will only be able to see their activities and trends in the Activity section.
Access the student’s profile
You can open it from:
The Members Page (recommended)
A Class where they are booked
The Leaderboard
Open the Graduation section
Tap on Graduation inside the profile.
Here you will see a visual progress toward the next promotion
Switch between Belt and Stripe view
Choose what you want to track:
Progress toward the next belt
Progress toward the next stripe
Promote the student
Tap on Promote To a New Belt, to promote your student to the next belt
This will send a push notification to the student.
Note:
You don’t necessarily need to wait for a student to complete the required number of classes in order to promote them to a new belt, nor do you have to promote them as soon as they reach that number.
This is simply an indicator to help you keep track of students’ activity and have a general overview.
Assign a different belt (if needed)
Tap on Assign a different belt
Use this if the student selected the wrong belt.
Check promotion history
Scroll down to view the Promotion History
If available, you will also see the date of each promotion.
Note
All classes, regardless of the discipline, will count in the graduation section.
