In MAAT
Step 1. Switch to Manager Mode
Tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner.
Tap Switch to Manager.
Step 2. Find The Unpaid Student
Go to the Members page.
You can find the student in different ways:
Tap Unpaid in the quick filters to see all Unpaid, Overdue, and Expired members
Tap Filters to show only Unpaid, Overdue, or Expired members
Type the student’s name in the search bar
Step 3. Open the Student Profile
Tap on the student, then scroll down to their membership.
The membership may appear as Overdue, Unpaid, or Expired depending on the situation.
You will also see how long the payment has been unpaid.
Step 4. Retry the Payment
Tap Retry Payment to manually try the payment again.
A loading screen will appear.
If the payment goes through, the membership will update.
If not, you will see an error and the membership will stay in its previous status.
In Stripe
Step 1: Log in to Your Stripe Dashboard
Open Stripe Dashboard.
Sign in with your credentials.
Step 2: Access the Invoices Section
In the left-hand menu, click on Billing.
Select Invoices to view all invoices.
Step 3: Locate the Failed Invoice
Use the search bar or filters to find the invoice with the failed payment attempt.
Click on the invoice to open its details.
Step 4: Retry the Payment
Within the invoice details page, click on the Retry charge button to attempt the payment again.
