Gym administrators and family members use subscription codes to pre-pay for a membership on your behalf. By entering this unique alphanumeric code into your app, you link that prepaid membership directly to your MAAT profile or your dependant's profile.
Follow the steps below to claim your code and activate the membership.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open the MAAT app and log in to your account.
Tap your profile icon located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Click on Memberships.
Select Get subscription.
Look at the top right corner and tap the three dots icon to open the Actions menu.
Select the option labelled Claim Subscription.
Type your unique subscription code exactly as it was provided to you.
Tap Claim subscription to apply the membership to your account.
Applying a Code for a Child
If the subscription code is meant for your child or dependant, you must switch to their profile before entering the code.
Go to your Profile and tap on your dependant's name in the Family section.
Once the app reloads into the dependant's view, tap the three dots in the top right corner.
Enter the code there. This ensures the membership is assigned to the child's attendance record and not your primary parent account.
